Sitting here on the couch watching some tv and i am thinking (ok don’t laugh) why my parents named me John the most common name in North America. Ok i am glad they didn’t call me Dick though lol But for real were they like in a rush cause qute frankly they didn’t think too far if they named me John. Like in a room full of ppl let’s say about 1oo if you scream “John” i swear about 20 of us will turn around lol. Couldn’t they just name me i dunno Damien or Spencer or Dexter i dunno something that differenciate me from the rest, I think i should go ask them, I know one of my grand father was named John but he was old from the old school so sure but come on we are in the 21th century now gotta be more original.  Oh and what’s up with parents naming their boy girls name like Tracy or Stacy or Carol, in highschool i had a friend name Carol did we ever make fun of him (you know how teenagers can be crueled).  Sometimes i wish i can just go and change my name but at my age that would be too long to do and i am sure the process is not as easy as 1-2-3. I think my father would be pissed to if i did that cause he’s dad was name John and to him it would be a sign of disrespect.  Oh well i guess i have to live with this dull name for the rest of my life.

I dunno who else feels the same but the rap videos from today are pure crap. I love hip hop but come on for bleep sake, all you see is a bunch of half naked women, bling bling and they can’t even sing. I miss the old school stuff when you could understand the lyrics cause they made sense now these days you can’t even understand wah the hell they’re saying. I think i should start my own rap carreer, I can’t sing but looks like it’s not a requirement anymore lol. For the hip hop fan remember the days of Run DMC, KRS-ONE, LL Cool J, Tupac, BIG, Wu Tang and a lot more… brings back good memories. Anyway it doens’t look like it’s gonna go back to that we are doomed with the new crap that’s playin on tv oh well time to go dig some old CD and listen to some real music.

Took the day off today, have a sore back. I think i over did it at the gym yesterday now i am suffering for it.  That didn’t stop my coworker to call me like 3 times already asking me question about work and stuff that boy irritates the hell out of me sometimes so much for a day off. I swear he can’t function on his own always gotta hold his hand no wonder his wife wears the pants in the household. Aight well i am gonna go back to bed and take some robaxacet or whatever it;s callled.

Boy oh boy what a blast i tell ya… Had an awsome time, kinda sad now cause i miss it it already it’s been less than 24hrs already lol.  This is a must in someone’s life for real you gotta witness it at least once in your lifetime. The sun, the beach, the women wow impressive. We got to visit around, rented some mopeds and rode around town. There was this thing we did rented a Jeep and went on a 3 hrs trip that was cool. Steve did some scuba diving i wasn’t much into that but he loved it. I am definitely going back at least once a year from now on and it wasn’t that expensive either we got all inclusive tax and everything for 750$ give and take a few dollars. Now it’s photo sorting time we took a lot of them now i gotta go and decide which one to share and which no to share lol if you know what i mean

Oh yeah baby heading to Varadero Cuba in 2 days I cannot wait. This is my first trip down south ever going with my best buddy Steve. I hope it’s gonna be good maybe i shouldn’t go with high expectation. Some friends that been before kinda all hyped it up and gave me a few pointers once i am there. We going to a 3.5 stars resort since we not gonna be doing a lot of sleeping lol we didn’t want to pay too much for the resort. We gonna explore the area pick up some girls i heard you can’t mess around with the locals but i am sure there will be plenty of vacationners there.  I know this is gonna do me good i was sooo overdue for a vacation, no phones, no email, no blogging, no boss… I can smell it already. Lets’ just hope the weather will be nice for most of it. Oh well just getting away from here will be a good thing. I’ll let you know how it went

Yup my friends still losing down now 25lbs i feeel soooo much better, clothes are getting loose it’s definitely a great feeling.  I got 2 complimenst today by 2 females that definitely brightened my day. Another 25lbs to go and this man will be looking all gqued out lol.

I am thinking of joining the adult soccer league lots of running and i love soccer. My cardiovascular has improved so i am sure i’ll be able to keep up with the others.  I’ll let you know how that went hehe

I never thought i’d go through that but let’s just hope it’s not gonna be common thing i am gonna have to go through.  The mother of my soon to be daughter decided on her own which daycare our daughter is gonna go to.  Me and her are not together but we get along fine we talk here and there i call to see how she’s doing and stuff. Now ppl common sense don’t you think it’s a decision that both parents should talk about after all it’s my kid too and i want to be part of her life so i should have something to say to that when it comes to what daycare my daughter will go.  I just got off the phone wiht her, just had a big fight with her for that and told her the way i feel, basically told her she should at least consult me with (a sign of respect) for decisions like that.. Ok i am heading to the gym so relieve some stress….arrrrgh!!!

It’s 8:45am saturday, I had a few minutes before my jogging just felt like writin a little something. I’ve been on a diet and exercising a lot lately, i lost about 12lbs so far in 3 weeks and have about 38 more to go amd i am going to do it. I want to be able to spend time with my daughter, play with her without being out of breath, and most of all being healthy so i can see her grow older. I cut down on drinking too i figure it’s money i am wasting and i don’t really miss if i don’t have it. Now it’s off to the gym so talk to ya later.

Let me introduce myself name’s John i am new to blogging and so far love it. Gives me a chance to express myself through the internet.  It’s saturday i am about to start watching some hockey, god knows i love hockey. My team is not doing so great though and might not make it to the playoff.  Oh big news i am about to be a daddy wooohoooo only 2 months left til my little princess arrives. I went today with my wife to get stroller, crib and little stuff here and there. There’s more but mother said she wants to wait to see what she’s gonna get at the baby shower before we buy anything else. The big items have been bought and that was more important.  It’s funny how now i notice things a lil’ more i see babies everywhere,  I look at different strollers the colors and stuff it’s kinda cool.  Alright game is about to start gotta go til next time.Intr

I am writing my first ever blog post woohooo and i am kinda excited i tell ya. Today was a good day i finished my work earlier and started playing with this. Work was good today, the guy I work with is sick today so that means no annoying questions or the constant nagging about his wife and ungrateful kids lol.  I am not married nor i ever been but listening to this guy gives me the chill i am never getting married for real: my wife this, my wife that blah blah blah all day and the worst thing he’s not the only one i heard talk like that. Oh well i guess to each of there own, anyway i am done for the day but i’ll be back very soon i love this stuff hehe… Toodles
